Article from the Wall Street Journal

An Interesting article . My observation is that the "Lesson Learned" is that training is one step of a "learning process". We're responsible for the entire process from onboarding to competency. CEOs expect us to understand and accomplish the holistic approach to performance improvement. Don't wait for reminders from the WSJ. It's incumbent upon learning professionals to act. Build the system and create content within the system.

Anyone in a TD role knows these points and has no doupt been preaching these for years. By CEO's seeing this in a publication like WSJ it gives good credence to those of us who have been preaching this for what seems like an age.
