I think something deserves to be addressed and that is stress management.
The usual advise of "Take a deep breath and relax" is hard... and inappropriate at times. And when do I exhale , how long do I hold my breath. Not everyone has had "training" or experience in handling stress until it reaches the breaking point with various health consequences.
If a student is suffering it will definitely interfere with their learning.
